GENERAL QUERIES

  • IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?

1- Yes! COD is available for orders below INR 3000 on as per courier all serviceable pin codes.

  • Exchange and Return orders?

1-Fill in the required fields after entering your order details.                                     

2- Exchanges are possible within 7 days from the date of purchase. Provided products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories or instruction booklets, labels, protective covers and boxes, together with the original invoice.  Please note that exchanges can only be done at the original store (Website) where the purchase was made. 

3-Once the return/exchange request has been submitted, a pickup will be scheduled for your item(s). Our courier partner will collect your order within 2 to 5 days.

 4-All products must be returned unused or unwashed or undamaged and all tags and labels should be attached.                                                           

 5- Once collected, it will arrive at our warehouse for a quality check.

 6-In the case of exchanges, the new item(s) will be shipped out within 2-5 working days after the quality check is approved.

 7- We will not accept products for exchange that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled or without the original packaging, related accessories or instruction booklets, labels, protective covers and boxes. You must take reasonable care of products.                                      

 7- We have not a refund policy. Only you can exchange the any product as per your requirement.

  • ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE?

 1-We levy a charge of INR 200 for any return orders as reverse shipment fee at the time of Refund.

  • Feywear ACCOUNT is a personalised account which allows you to Save and manage your personal information Create and share your personal wishlist and bookmarks Receive our latest product and event updates By clicking on My Feywear tab, you will be able to create your account and experience your personalized page on Feywear.com."
  • WHAT IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?- Should you have forgotten your password, please click on Feywear tab and select “Forgotten your password?” For security reasons, a new password will be automatically provided for you by our system and sent by email to the address you have fulfilled. Once you have entered your account, you will be able to change this password.
  • HOW TO MODIFY / DELETE Feywear ACCOUNT?- "Feywear offers you the possibility to update and modify all the information of your account by clicking on “Modify” on your Feywear account. To delete your Feywear account, please contact our Client Services."
  • WHAT IS THE Feywear SECURITY POLICY?- "Everybody can navigate on www.feywear.com without registering personal information.
  • However, when creating an account and ticking the - "Digital Communication"" box, a Feywear website member agrees to be contacted with invitations to Feywear events, information on the brand and its products or customer satisfaction surveys."
  • Where can you get your products delivered?
  • We only deliver in Pan-India. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside India.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
  • The order usually takes 2-5 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities; however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please get in touch with us on:

  • HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?
  • You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?
